Sonja Larsen is sophomore at Columbia College Chicago. Basing her work off of conceptual subjects, each piece depicts an entire story, told through the emotional portraiture and expression seen throughout her collection. Sonja’s art takes on colorful themes, influenced by scenes of the natural world. With a background in landscape architecture, immersion in nature is key to her artistic process, inspiring both formal and abstract forms in her work.
